He joined in 2009 as Practice Manager for Geographies, supporting all Intelligence Community (IC) and Classified Department of Defense (DoD) customers (west of the Mississippi). He became Director of Space, ISR, and Cyber Solutions in 2011. In this role, Mr. Missal led a Team responsible for development and delivery of high-value and low-risk solutions for our Space, ISR, and Cyber mission partners and end-customers. A core foundational focus of his Team was to discover UCDMO Baseline Certified and Accredited Cross-Domain Solution opportunities (up to, and including, PL3, PL4, and PL5). To achieve this, he leveraged years of Oracle investments and domain knowledge to offer discriminating exclusive re-usable solutions designed to increase a partner's pWin exponentially and, in parallel (and most importantly), add increased inherent value to the Warfighter's daily mission.
